You are a Leader
“Should we become a leader?”
I thought that leading is difficult. I imagined that a leader was like a sailor. He sailed a big ship in a challenging ocean. There might be many wild animals inside the water. There might be a big wave along the way. A good sailor would keep the ship safe. A great sailor would bring the ship to a beautiful island.
This analogy made me believe that the role of a leader is difficult.
One day, I remember that the human’s duty is to be a leader in this world. It is our responsibility. We have to keep this world. We bring other people to a better place; a better life.
I change my perspective.
I’m in a position as a leader now. I mean a coach. I coach some students. Actually, it won’t be easy for me. It needs more patience and hard work. But I always try to control my ego and emotion. I want to focus on a team. Especially, their development.
This writing is really short. I just want to tell you that we should be a good leader. There are people who need your help and guidance. Because you are a leader. Yes, you.
