This Crisis Will be Over

Yesterday, I read a lot of information about the spreading of Coronavirus around the world. The pandemic really spread fast from one country to another country. The number of victims increases day by day, including in my country. I didn’t imagine it before. But, this is happening right now.

I feel worried about this condition. Many people suddenly disappear from the street. When I went outside I just found a few vehicles. No more people around me. In a T-junction, I found some boards that locked the street. Then I know the policeman locked access to some areas in my city. What? It’s the first time I met this situation.

This condition breaks up my routine. I can’t do my outdoor activities normally. I can’t meet my friends regularly because of social distancing or physical distancing. Even though I still do my running routine because I want to strengthen my immune system. Perhaps, you also get trouble during this crisis. I know many people are difficult to stick with it.

What I know now is that social distancing is one effective solution. It’s the prevention act to lessen the spreading of the virus. We should work from home, learn from home, and of course, stay at home.

I know that staying at home too much is not fun. But, we should take care of our life. There are people who need our help and our support. Ya, especially the victims, and the medical workers. We have to do something for them, even though we are quarantined at home.

The medical workers and the volunteers are working hard to handle the victims in the hospital. I really respect them. Actually, they are the real hero at this time.

As we know, this pandemic has changed many aspects of our country, such as health, economy, education, and government aspect. These are a vital aspect of a country. The patient in the hospital increase drastically, the day laborer or the seller are in damage, many students should adapt to temporary homeschooling. And the government staffs think harder to solve these problems.

What should we do then?

We can help people by praying at home, donating, or we can share beneficial information in order to support other people who are suffering through this virus. Even though we can’t help the victims directly. It is enough to stay at home. And then, don’t forget to keep the cleanliness of our hands, our body, and our home.

I think it’s not just a problem. It’s a crisis. We have to struggle enough toward this crisis. I believe we can pass this crisis.

Whatever the condition right now, we can take positive action rather than being ‘crazy’. We have to think about the good possibilities. We have to think positively. Because together we are stronger. It’s time to work together like simply to support each other.

This crisis will be over.

Let’s become a good spreader, rather than a fear spreader.
