A few years ago, I was a student who came to school and learned several subjects. I knew many things, but I have little opportunity to access what I wanted to learn. I mean something that fulfilled my curiosity.

However, time flies so fast.

Since the era of technology and the internet, I can feed my curiosity with a lot of knowledge and information. Many things become transparent and accessible. It brings me to a larger perspective on life. It makes me passionate to be a man of solution.

Before we change the world, we should change ourselves and the local environment.

I knew that the internet presence has pros and cons. But if we focus on the pros, we can be a better person. We never know if the internet disappears someday. It is not a problem. But the problem is when we never optimize it.

Mr. Handry Satriago, GE Indonesian leader, once said, “We should think globally but act locally.”

He reminds me of our contribution. What does it mean?

It means we should be knowledgeable and generate innovative ideas. We should apply it to our local place or our country.

For millennials, you need to gain a thirst for knowledge. The future is waiting for your contribution, your action.

Anything becomes easy.

Our life becomes easy because there are innovative apps that simplify our difficulty. You can optimize these apps for good. You can build a community that focuses on solving the local problem. You can do anything in this era without leaving our morale.

We should be a friend with technology even we should beyond the technology itself.

The era has changed. We are the agent of change. We are the next leader who can solve any problem by thinking globally but act locally.
