What do you think about a hero?

Every hero is visualized as a great human with power, courage, and eagerness to make a better life for other people. Ya, they focus on making a change. A hero will not become a hero when they just focus on themselves. They tend to pursue a high purpose in life. Their spirit is high. They are struggling.

I read some heroes' stories in a book. Then I found one hero that I most remember. He was Muhammad Al-Fatih. He was a hero, a warrior with many talents. He learned many things when he was young. He learned religion, language, riding horses, archery, etc. He made a memorable history of Constantinople. I can feel the hero spirit within him.

How about you? Do you have a hero spirit?

Sometimes, we feel that life is full of obstacles. We don’t always get what we want. We don’t always get what we pursue. We don’t always get the best result of our effort, right? How come?

Because the quality of a hero is in those processes. From one failure to another failure. From one setback to another setback. But they survived. Until he wins the war. Until the struggle works.

How if we apply this hero spirit in our life?

It will not be simple but once we apply it, our life will significantly change. Finally, we will get what we want.

What do you feel when you can pass every process with struggle? You may feel happy like a mountain climber who can reach the top of Himalaya mountain, like triathlon athletes who finish the prestigious race, or like a writer who can inspire millions of people.

I dare say you can also be a hero. With a high purpose in your life. With continuous struggle along the way.

The struggle is not about short term results but the long term. We need more patience and perseverance for a long time journey. We might be failing but failure is not the absolute result. We are able to change it through continuous adaptation. Because the process is not always the same. We shouldn’t change our purpose but we could change the way to get there.

You have to be struggling, my friend.
