Mind fulls or Mindful?
We think about many things
Do you feel stressed out with your thought?
In this digital information, we can easily sort so much information into our minds. Sometimes we don’t think whether the information is important or not. It is gathered in our minds with fast selection. It can be information about crime, hoax, vacation, the achievement of other people and so on. Until we realize that our mind is full. I mean we become overthinking.
Maybe you ask yourself, “How can I minimize this bunch of information?”
I have asked this question to myself. I found that much information made me obsessed and over-focused on something that was not important. I felt as if my life was in the same condition as other people. For example, I want to go on vacation every day as many people do on social media. I want to be looked happier. Or, I want to be better than other people. In fact, It forces me to be like them.
Then, I decided to minimize the information.
The process of minimizing the information was not easy. Sometimes I lost my commitment. I scrolled down on social media again and finding some information randomly.
I think for a while, “Should I do this again?”
Now I become aware of my life. I realize that the information is not part of my life. It won’t affect my life unless I permit it. I still scroll down but I feel different. I just try to be mindful.
I was excited about mindfulness. This concept helped me to minimize information and emotion in daily life. It taught me how to stay calm and don’t be overthinking. I still learn about the concept.
At least, my mind switches from mind fulls to be mindful.
Day by day I feel different with my life. I am not exhausted from a lot of information cause I am aware of it. There is so much beneficial information to choose from. I also can control my emotions better than before cause I can choose to feel good about something.
We can let our minds fulls of something or we can choose to be mindful. Ya, actually we can consciously make a choice.
Last but not least, if you feel stressed out of daily events, it’s time to minimize information, it’s time to control your emotion, it’s time to be mindful.
