Just Let It Flow Like Water

I’ve been a person who judges any event freely. I do it based on good or bad. If bad things happen, I think that I was unlucky and unfair. But when good things happen, I forget who gave it to me: God.

Have you ever thought like me?

People judge something based on their perspective. It’s not always fit in the reality. Once again, we see something based on our perspective. Like in a debate competition, we think our argument is better. However, the opponent thinks it too.

What’s the point?

I realize that judgment or argument is relative. We have our perspectives and references. Good for me, maybe bad for you.

Then, I used to judge when my plan was not working well. Why is my life always full of obstacles?

One day, I understand. It’s also about my perspective. So, I decided to change how I see the event.

Here is what I do:

I choose to be neutral.

Neutrality is the key to a peaceful mind. When I see something from a neutral position, without any judgment, I feel happier than ever. As one of The Beatles’ songs, “Let it be.”

Nothing good or bad. The event is neutral. It will harm us if we allow it. It will also strengthen us if we allow it. Just let it be. Even something happens because of a reason: to teach us something.

I see every event as a lesson.

I now realize that any event in my life is like a puzzle of lessons that I should arrange. One puzzle completes another until I find the details of my life story.

I let God control my life.

I believe that God knows better than me. So, I stop to control my life based on my desire. I let God control my life instead. I mean following His messages as well as possible. Like, be a good man and a good leader on earth.

Someone said, “Do the best, and let God do the rest.”

The bottom line is that magic happens after I choose to be neutral, see anything as a lesson, and let God control my life. I now live not based on my desire but on God’s calling. The calling is to live my best life as a pure human, the creation of God. Help people, and let God help me along the way.
