Over the last months, I feel my life is not as good as I hope. It feels like pouring water on a little plant, but the plant grows slowly. I water it every day, but it is still the same.

I ask myself, “What happens with my life?”

The answer came to me several days ago. It made me realize deep gratitude and acceptance. It was beyond stoicism that I had learned before. It was deep. Yeah. Deep.

I don’t know how to explain it to you. But what you have to know, when I learn about stoics, there is still a complaint from within. However, several days ago, I could accept anything without complaint.

My complaints turn to zero. Empty.

I feel empty like the first day when I was born. I knew nothing when I was born, and I brought nothing. I was zero at that time.

So I ask myself again, “Should I complain about my life? Haven’t I got a lot in my life?”

Damn.

My ego turns to zero, and my negative desire turns to zero too. It brings me into deep gratitude, where I am nothing without God. I let my life be a good journey towards Him. This life happens because of Him.

I believe that nothing is useless. There is always something to learn, like learning sincerity in uncertainty.

Those are what I feel right now. It is about total sincerity in my life. Being sincere is hard, but it is possible. I realize this sincerity builds my maturity and mentality to survive.

Sincerity is like a pearl. It’s only those who are brave to dive can get. Here, we have to dive into our deep souls to get sincerity.

How do you become more sincere?

There are three tips to do. It will probably help you.

  • Minimize complaints but maximize gratitude.
  • Minimize rejection but maximize acceptance.
  • Minimize expectation but maximize action.

Those are the simple but powerful tips that can help you to be more sincere. But remember, there is no overnight success. You have to feel the process.

Do you feel the same as me?
